June 2025 Compliance Deadlines

As the financial year comes to a close, it’s essential to stay informed about key tax lodgment and payment deadlines. Staying proactive with these obligations ensures compliance and helps you avoid unnecessary penalties.

5 June

  • Individuals and Trusts: Lodge tax returns for individuals and trusts with a lodgment due date of 15 May 2025, provided any outstanding liabilities are paid by this date.
  • Companies and Super Funds: Lodge tax returns for companies and super funds with a 15 May 2025 lodgment due date, provided both the prior year and current year returns are non-taxable or result in a refund.

  • Large and medium taxpayers, as well as head companies of consolidated groups, are not eligible for this concession.
